Bleacher and Right Field Concourse Expansion

"The Red Sox propose to relocate their media trucks and dumpsters, which are currently in the bleacher area concourse to their surface parking lot on Ipswich & Lansdowne. Fans could then use this area as a picnic area inside an enlarged bleacher area concourse. The small restrooms and commissary storage in the concourse would be replaced by larger facilities through the rehabilitation / change of use of approximately 36,000 square feet on the first level of the abutting Red Sox owned parking garage. Trash facilities currently adjacent to the concourse will also be relocated to this area. Parking availability would be kept constant by using tandem and valet parking."
