¨Issues that are being addressed and/or explored include: 

¨Multiple points of entry 

¨Continuous circulation 

¨Player amenities 

¨On-site luxury/player parking 

¨Family lounge 

¨Team lounge 

¨Development of public square (with naming rights) 

¨Team offices 

¨Vertical circulation, which can go outside the seating bowl area 

¨33” tread depth minimum (increasing leg room) 

¨Zones of bathrooms and concessions 

¨Increased suites and club seats. 

¨Ability to get at least 38,000 seats. 

¨No renovation or reconstruction of bleacher seats. 

¨New upper deck with seating closer than existing Fenway, including overhang in right-field corner. 

¨Year-round stadium club, including field view.
 

Questions and Comments

¨Will ADA Compliance be a problem in bleachers? 

¨Issues of whether this is required . . . but it can be done 

¨Will the project stay on the existing footprint? 

¨Yes, including the park and existing garage 

¨What are club and luxury numbers? 

¨Unknown at this time
